🚚 SHIPPING
Where We Ship: Currently, we ship within Canada only.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once it has shipped.
Shipping Method & Carriers:
We use Canada Post. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Region Estimated Delivery
Alberta & Western Canada 5-7 business days
Eastern Canada 7 – 10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or postal delays.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer Canada Post flat-rate shipping.
❄️ PACKAGING & FRESHNESS
We pack your bouillon in bubble wrap to avoid breakage and maintain quality and freshness in transit. Our bouillon is shelf-stable, but for best taste and freshness, we recommend refrigerating them upon arrival.
🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Fresh Bouillon, we strive to provide you with high-quality bouillon products that meet your expectations. We do not offer a return policy for perishable food products, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. We want you to love every jar! If something arrives damaged or your parcel is missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery [email protected] Please include: your order number, a photo (if damaged), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund — depending on the situation.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has left our kitchen, it’s on its way and cannot be changed or refunded unless damaged.
