Green Beans with a Zingy Lemon-Bouillon Dressing
Fresh green beans are a quick and healthy side dish created in no time and perfect for BBQ's, meal prep, or when you simply crave a delicious vegetable side.

Ingredients
- 300-400 g fresh green beans trimmed
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp Fresh Bouillon Vegetable Paste level
- 4 tsp olive oil or more
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a bunch of fresh green beans until preferred tenderness. While they are cooking whisk together half of a lemon's juice, some good quality olive oil, and 1 level teaspoon of Fresh Bouillon paste. Add salt and pepper to taste after adding the bouillon because the bouillon adds in already some salt.
- Drain the beans and toss them in the dressing while still warm. Enjoy warm or cold.
Notes
The green been side dish tastes well with both of our bouillon pastes. The Ramen Bouillon Paste adds in more garlic flavour and creates a more Asian flavoured dressing. Both types work well for vegetable side dishes.
