  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Fresh Bouillon Paste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan)
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or mint)
  • ½ cup cold water (adjust to preferred texture)
