  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By engaging with Fresh Bouillon, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
  3. Ordering Online
    When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. If for any reason we can’t fulfill your order (e.g. due to out-of-stock items or delivery issues), we’ll let you know and offer a backorder, refund or alternative. Before completing your purchase, you’ll have a chance to review your order details and correct any errors.
  1. Pricing & Payment
    All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You’ll see shipping costs calculated at checkout. We accept secure online payment via credit card. Your payment info is processed securely and never stored on our servers.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
    We currently ship within Canada. Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase, and delivery timelines depend on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order is shipped. If we can’t deliver within 30 days of the expected date, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
  2. Returns & Refunds
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  3. Privacy & Data
    We care about your privacy. We collect only the personal information needed to process your order and communicate with you — like your name, email, and shipping address. We do not sell your data. You can request access to your info, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it anytime. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
  1. Using our Website
    You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful or to try to hack, spam, or otherwise mess with it. All content (recipes, images, product descriptions) is owned by Fresh Bouillon and protected by copyright.
  2. Emails & Marketing
    If you sign up for our newsletter or opt in during checkout, we’ll send you occasional updates, recipe ideas, or promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails. We follow Canada’s anti-spam laws (CASL) and only send marketing emails with your consent.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    We’re a small business doing our best to provide safe, delicious products. However, we can’t be held liable for: Allergic reactions or sensitivities (ingredients are clearly listed — please read them!) Any indirect damages or losses from using our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

    We may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
